Activities performed at the injector:

• Ultrasonic cleaning of injection elements

• Checking with a microscope (examination aimed at excluding possible damage invisible to the human eye)

• Checking on the test table

• Printout of the test result as an attachment

• Securing the nozzles of the unit injector with plugs

• Vacuum packing (protects against external factors)

   Symptoms of damaged unit injectors:

• increased smoke from the exhaust

• uneven engine operation

• decline in work culture

• low performance combined with increased fuel consumption

• in extreme cases, immobilization of the vehicle

Driving with a damaged unit injector is extremely dangerous and can lead to even more serious failures in your vehicle.
